I have spent the majority of my career in the corporate sector and my specialty is marketing and advertising which is a very competitive field. I have worked with international clients most of them in the US and Canada but I have also worked with clients overseas in Dubai.

 

Throughout my career and my travels I have brokered multi-million dollar contracts, and planned many marketing and advertising plans and watched the market change from traditional to digital. I worked my way up and climbed the corporate ladder only to make money for someone else and I made a lot of money for corporations…..millions in fact. But in business you are only as good as your last contract.

 

In 2011 I had the opportunity to enroll into an MBA program at Norwich University in Vermont US. It ranks in the top 25% of schools in the US for their MBA program. Their tagline is: Expect Challenge. Achieve Distinction.  And they hold true to their tagline, it was definitely a challenging experience but full of rewards once you’re walking down the stage at graduation. Norwich University channels your motivation to serve into a strong ability to lead within your organization and community.

 

After my graduation I struggled with what to do next, I looked into philanthropy corporations as I really wanted to help my local community, I wanted to bring my strategic skills to help organizations get to the next level, develop their brand and positioning and help them create more revenue and open more doors. But as I met with these companies it seemed like I was either too advanced and they just were not ready for all of my big ideas.

 

I continued my search to find out how I could help people, with my leadership skills and strategic skills I was ready for a change.  That’s when I decided to start investing into real estate and my soul purpose was to help people. I have had challenges working with real estate people, I have sold and purchased several properties and buying was always easier than selling. When it comes to selling your home your real estate agent either makes or breaks the deal.

 

My strategy is to cut to the chase and work directly with the buyer of the home, I will purchase your home and you don’t have to fix it up, you don’t need to paint it, do any renovations, you don’t need to have people coming through your home constantly – I take all of that away. I will purchase your home as is and provide you with 100% cash. It’s easy, I will work with your real estate agent to broker a deal if that’s what you prefer, I will work with your title company but I have several that I work with as well.
